We want you to love your Teddy Fresh gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges for unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, then download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
